Organization Insights: A CSRconnect Reporting Dashboard

Organization Insights dashboard enables designated admins to view total giving, volunteering, participation percentages, and other relevant statistics for an individual organization. The dashboard also includes a landing page that will show the five most recent organizations searched and top organizations in donations volume and volunteer hours for the company.

The Organization Insights is not a custom report or transactional report, but a standard set of useful information aimed at providing a quick snapshot of activity for an organization.

For example, use this report to:

  • Receive high-level participation data for your company foundation

  • Review trends and participation for partner charities

After an organization and date-range are selected, the following data can be viewed. Data is updated on a nightly basis.

Logo (if uploaded), Registration ID, Address, and SDG(s) associated with the organization will be displayed at the top left of the dashboard.

View the number of unique individuals who donated or volunteered for the organization, total donations, company donations, and volunteer hours for the selected date-range.

A carousel in the middle of the page will display relevant key insights for the selected organization, including: Highest Total Donations/Donors, Highest Total Hours/Volunteers, and Percentage of employees that donated/volunteered in the selected date-range.

  • View total donations by donation type during the selected date-range as well as total donors by donation type.

  • View total hours volunteered by participation type as well as total volunteers by participation type.

Compare total company and employee dollars by year, and volunteer hours by year for the selected organization across the company, as well as the entire YourCause Global Good Network (all CSRconnect Clients).

Print a summarized version of the dashboard including the following: Organization Details, Organization Totals, Donations, and Volunteer Hours.

The Organization Insights page is viewed in the Client Admin Panel under Insights. Work with your Customer Success Manager to give permission to the Roles that should have access to view the Organization Insights page.

Our dashboards are built to help you get to the high-level data you need in a quick and efficient way. The Insights Dashboard is located in the CSRconnect Client Admin Panel. For example if you want to pull the Organization Insights you will follow this path:

CSRconnect Admin Panel → Dashboards → Organization Insights

Permissions: Each dashboard has a unique permissions and can be attached to any Role, or you can create a Role just for a Reporting Admin.
