Participation Levels

Participation Levels are an engagement tool in CSRconnect.

Admins can use this feature to create up to 20 custom levels that employees can achieve by making charitable donations. A level's donation criteria can be a set dollar amount or a set percentage of the employee's salary. Eligible donation types include payroll, credit card, and offline. Both Give and Giving Campaign donations contribute to participation level calculations.

While earning a participation level is automated, the rewards or incentives tied to the feature are not integrated with CSRconnect matching gifts or incentives. Admins can review participation through the Participation Levels report in Standard Reports.

  • Level 1

    • Fixed amount: $100 USD

    • Incentive: Social Impact badge for your Hub Profile and Signature.

  • Level 2

    • Fixed amount: $500 USD

    • Incentive: Social Impact badge for your Hub Profile and Signature and one extra day off.

  • Level 3

    • Fixed amount: $1000 USD

    • Incentive: Social Impact badge for your Hub Profile and Signature, two extra days off, and a special lunch hosted by our CEO.
