Other Standard Reports
To access the following reports from the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Report, Standard Reports, Other.
Tip: Long, international addresses are truncated when entered in the Work Address and Home Address fields.

The survey report provides details on each survey initiated through CSRconnect. It includes employee information, event information, survey questions, and survey answers.
This report closes the gap for surveys. The benefit of using the CSRconnect survey feature is that it’s baked into the application and includes the employee information from the HR file. It can be a stand-alone survey, or taken based on a giving and/or volunteering trigger.
You can pull one report across multiple surveys.
There is no limit to the number of questions and answers that can be reported on.

This report gives participant and event information for specific custom question sets within a given date range. It can be pulled for each Custom Question Set and includes employee information, questions, answers, and high-level event details including the Event ID.
This report closes the gap for clients that ask community-wide custom questions of their users during Sign Up, Create Event, and/or Record Individual Activity.
This report does not pull the answers for questions that an Event Creator might ask of their participants specifically for their event. Those can be reviewed in the Participant Export in Manage Event.

To navigate to the Custom Question Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Other, CRA Participations Report.

Discover the Nonprofit boards the users in your community have aligned with. View their charity information, role, and dates served.

To navigate to the Board Membership Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Other, Group Admin Report.

This report details all active users in the community, the date their account was created, and the date they registered. It only contains HR user information.

To navigate to the Opted Out List Report, from the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Other, Opted Out List Report.

For use with the Voting Engagement Element. Admins can pull a report by Voting EE and see participation data including employee information and voting choices.
This report closes the gap for a voting program.

Report detailing basic HR information and admin status for all active admins in a client community.

An export of all charities that have selected their Sustainable Development Goals in their profile on the YourCause Nonprofit Portal

From the CSRconnect Admin portal, navigate to Report, Standard Reports, Other, Vetting Requests Report.
For communities with Request Vetting enabled, you can pull a report showing vetting requests that have been initiated in your community. This report includes Employee information, current vetting status, vetting request details, and charity details.
Common Use Cases / Questions Answered:

Tip: This report does not include all international charities being vetted, only those initiated through your community. View the Charity Vetting Status Report for additional vetting status information.

Each report has a unique permission and can be attached to any role, or you can create a role just for a reporting admin.
Note: Reports in are updated every 1-4 hours.
