1. Go to the YourCause CSRconnect user community.

   Tip: This community is private. Check your emails for an invitation with URL. The community also enables you to network with your peers at other organizations, discuss best practices, suggest ideas for new features and enhancements, comment on ideas, vote for your favorite ideas, and more.

2. Either sign in with your existing Blackbaud community credentials or select Sign up to create an account.

3. Return to CSRconnect’s community and select the Latest news tab.

4. Select Subscribe.

5. Choose how often you want to receive email notifications (Instant, Daily, or Weekly).

The credit card form for donations processed through CanadaHelps has been updated for enhanced security.

A Record new hours button now links users from a charity's profile page to Create New Activity, where they can record volunteer hours. When a user selects Record new hours, the charity's information will populate in the Benefiting Organization section.

Note: The Record hours feature must be enabled and the charity must be in the Volunteer bucket for this option to appear.

We have made the following updates to vetting request:

• The Vetting Requests section of My Account no longer displays the Type and Amount columns. Also, the Fulfilled and Checkout statuses do not display.

• You no longer have create a donation to start the vetting request process for an organization.

• Users receive an email when their vetting request for an organization has been approved, declined, or cancelled.

Previously, if you made a recurring payroll pledge to a campaign, the campaign identifier associated with your pledge would limit you so that you could only apply for a match if the campaign was active. This ignored the match program's redemption date settings and caused issues for users transitioning from campaign programs to year-round programs.

Now, you can apply a match as expected if the match program's redemption date has not passed.

Admins can now use Load Type Settings to configure the data included in SFTP deliveries and data feed downloads.

• Starting year: Includes data from the start of the selected year through yesterday. This option with the current year selected is the default setting.

• Incremental: On the day after selecting this load type, includes an initial pull of all data. On all subsequent days, includes only new or modified data.

• Full: Includes all data.

There are two new columns added to the Group Admin Report to access historical group information:

• Admin Roll Reporting Start Date

• Admin Roll Reporting End Date

Note: Both of these columns can remain null or blank since they display results for optional fields.

Charity admin fields in the Match Program export are now functioning as expected. These fields include:

• Charity Admin Email

• Charity Admin Name

In addition, there are new compliance fields included in the Match Program export. This allows admins to see which charities have agreed to compliance.
