What's coming soon

We've temporarily added the Legacy All Giving Report (AGR) to Standard Reports. As of the 24.3.0 release, scheduled for March 5, 2024, the Legacy AGR will no longer be accessible. For Give reporting going forward, refer to the updated and improved All Giving Report, located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal under Standard Reports, Giving.

In the 24.4.0 release, targeted for April 2, 2024, we'll end support for the old version of the homepage and for Text to Engage functionality.
General community
As of the 24.1.0 release, charitable organizations affected by California Assembly Bill 488 display a state restriction identifier. When a user selects that identifier, the explanation displayed now includes a link to Blackbaud’s California Assembly Bill 488: Impact to Charitable Organizations FAQ for more information.
We have added the Login History widget to the My Account page. Selecting this widget redirects you to the user login history page. This page displays the 10 latest user logins, including the login date and the IP address used to access the account.
Note: Your current login will not be included in this list. The login page only shows sessions that have ended at the time of viewing.
For more information, see My Account.
For security reasons, you will now see a toast message notifying you if you are logging in from a different IP address than your last recorded login. The message also links to the login history page for your account so you can view your previous logins.
When a user has not submitted residency information and a support team member or admin impersonates that user, individuals in these roles can now select Skip to bypass the user residence modal.
Give
To provide a consistent user experience, if a user residing in California had donated to a California-restricted organization, the Apply Now button is no longer visible for donation activity or on Donation History. In addition, the Edit button is disabled in Match Programs.
When Give is disabled within a community, the Match Programs home page widget no longer allows users to make donations or request matches.
Incentives
In the 2.88.0/24.1.0 release, CSRconnect began validating incentives automatically when users accessed the Incentives page. There is no longer a need to manually check eligibility.
Note: Your community's Incentives page may be customized with another title.
When a fixed amount volunteer grant doesn't roll over, users can apply more than one event occurrence to the volunteer grant.
Note: Each occurrence can only apply to one volunteer grant. After an occurrence is used, it is no longer eligible for future grants.
Fundraising
We've updated the Create a Fundraiser pages to improve the user experience:
-
The form to enter fundraiser information has been consolidated from two pages to one page.
-
The Create a Fundraiser pages were updated to match the current UI design.
-
Previously, the fundraiser end time defaulted to 12:00 am, which caused confusion for some users. The default fundraiser end time is now 11:45 pm.
Volunteer
If an NPO-created event had skills attached, it wouldn't appear in Search Opportunities. This issue has been resolved, and NPO-created events appear as expected.
Reporting
As part of the 24.2.0 release, we've migrated the following reports from Old Data Hub to the Standard Reports menu option of the Report menu on the CSRconnect Admin Portal:
-
Admin Roles
-
Cause Areas
As of 24.2.0, all reports are now included in Standard Reports, which is in the Report menu on the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Old Data Hub is no longer needed.
Client admins in all communities can now view funding request information using Charitable funding information, which is in the Report menu on the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Filtering options include date range, status, and funding request number.
For more information, see Charitable funding information.
"Can access" is now included for all applicable report permissions located on the CSRconnect Admin Portal under Users, Manage Roles, Manage Roles. Listings in both the Feature Permissions and Policy Summary columns include this verbiage.
