My Account
My Account stores personal details as determined by the HR File and allows the user to enter additional personal settings used throughout the site. These settings will appear if enabled for your community.
Personal Details
Your personal details are summarized at the top of the My Account page. To edit your personal details, select Edit Account.

Name and Preferred Name: Your name is entered automatically from the HR file. You can add a preferred name to your account, if desired.
If you choose to add a preferred name, it appears on:

My Account.
-
private employee-facing pages.
-
public employee-facing pages.
-
employee-facing emails (excluding donation emails).
The system retains your actual name for inclusion on:

employee-facing donation emails.
-
admin-facing reports.
-
donation associations and sharing information with non-profits.

Language: Your default language is set from first login and is determined by your browser language. If your browser language is currently unsupported, the application defaults to US English.
For a more localized experience, select a preferred language. Selecting another language re-generates the site. You can then view all standard platform text and some custom text in the selected language.

Time Zone: Your time zone is automatically stored from your browser's settings on your first login. You can change your time zone at any time.

Preferred Email: Your email is entered automatically from the HR file. You can add a preferred email to your account, if desired.

Multi-Factor Authentication (SMS MFA): Enter a phone number for multi-factor authentication by SMS.

Current Residence: Enter your Country / Territory and State / Province . CSRconnect uses employee residency information to comply with local regulations.

Profile Image: You can upload a profile photo. This appears on your profile and next to your name throughout CSRconnect.
Personal Settings Widgets

Profile Survey: View and edit your responses to your company's Profile Survey. This widget can be configured or turned off by your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Causes: Personalize your experience by selecting your preferred causes. Your CSM can turn this widget off, or customize which of the causes below appear as options for your users.

Skills: List your skills or skills you'd like to develop by choosing from a variety of areas. Indicate your level of proficiency for each. The Volunteer search feature can reference saved skill settings. Your CSM can turn this widget off, or customize which of the skills appear as options for your users.

Board Memberships: Add or edit your Board Membership roles. This widget can be enabled or turned off by your CSM.

Favorite Charities: Displays charities you've identified as favorites. This widget cannot be turned off.

Proxy: Assign a proxy to access your account. This feature can be configured or turned off from the CSRconnect Admin Portal. See Proxy for more information.

Vetting Requests: View the status of your vetting requests. This feature can be enabled or turned off by your CSM.

Communication Settings: Update your communication settings. You can configure Recommendations emails and Group Notification Settings. This widget cannot be turned off.

Login History: Displays the 10 latest user logins, including the login date and the IP address used to access the account. Your current login will not be included in this list. The login page only shows sessions that have ended at the time of viewing. This widget cannot be turned off.
