Go to the YourCause CSRconnect user community.
Tip: This community is private. Check your emails for an invitation with URL. The community also enables you to network with your peers at other organizations, discuss best practices, suggest ideas for new features and enhancements, comment on ideas, vote for your favorite ideas, and more.

Either sign in with your existing Blackbaud community credentials or select Sign up to create an account.

Return to CSRconnect’s community and select the Latest news tab.

Give

Warning: This feature will be enabled on February 26, 2025 for all users.
The new edit flow for donations has been updated with an enhanced user experience which also includes the same functionality of the previous edit flow.
To use the new edit flow, navigate to Give, My Giving to see a list of your donations and matches. Select Edit or Apply for Match from the action column next to the donation you want to edit.
This feature was previously rolled out to a pilot group, but it is now enabled for all clients.

Previously, when a user searched for a redirect organization for a stranded fund, the search results included all available organizations. This could include charities that could not receive the redirect due to processor restrictions. Now, the search results only include charities eligible for the redirect.
Reporting

Use the CRA Creator Report to display opportunity details and responses from CRA creators. This report only includes information on events and projects, not individual activities.
CSRconnect Admin Portal

You can now access Blackbaud’s Impact Edge solution from the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Select Impact Edge under Reports to open it in a new tab. You must have an Impact Edge account with proper permissions.
To enable this update, contact your Customer Success Manager.

You can now manage skills and surveys from the CSRconnect Admin Portal.

Miscellaneous

To ensure that the GET /v1/employees/{affiliateEmployeeId}/metrics
endpoint returns data that matches the user’s My Giving data, this endpoint has been updated to include PAC Match and Volunteer Match data.
