Groups

Groups bring together employees who share a geographic area, department, or interest in a type of community service. Members can participate in events and projects with their group, share photos and documents, and send messages to one another.

By supporting collective action and communication, groups can increase your organization's positive impact, strengthen employee engagement, and build a sense of community.

Each group belongs to a category of related groups called a group program. Examples include Regional Groups, Departmental Groups, and Employee Interest Groups. You can manage group programs from the CSRconnect Admin Portal.

Group Reporting

CSRconnect admins can view group engagement data using Data Feeds, Ad Hoc Reports, or the Group Admin Report.
