Email Exemptions
You can control email notifications at a more granular level by excluding specific donors from receiving certain notifications. Currently, you can add an email rule to exclude donors from receiving action-needed notifications from the Stranded Funds Automation process.
You can manage email exemptions from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Users, Email Exemptions. Your role must include the Can Manage Email Rules permission.
You can add a forwarding email address to your email exemption rules. When users in that rule are scheduled to receive an exempt email, the system will send the email to the forwarding email address.
Note: If a user is in multiple rules and with different forwarding email addresses, the system will forward the respective email to each forwarding address.
