Manage Access to Create Advanced Lists by User (EAP)

Determine who can create advanced lists.

  1. Schools participating in the early adopter program (EAP) can use a "sneaky link" url to access a new experience for managing basic and advanced lists. When you join the EAP, save the link to your browser's bookmarks.

A list of basic and advanced lists appears.

Note: Not in the EAP? See basic lists and advanced lists instead.

  2. Select Manage access (above the list) and then Advanced user access.

  3. A list of users with access appears. For each user, it indicates their security roles.

  4. To remove a user's access, find them in the list and then select Delete (trash icon).

  5. To add a user, enter their name in Search for users. Select the user from the results and then select + Add to users.

If multiple people have similar names, pay attention to their Blackbaud ID (username, email address) or grad year as you select users.

  6. Select Save.

See Manage Basic and Advanced Lists.

Tip: You can also determine who can Run, Copy, Edit, or Manage specific lists. See Configure access for an advanced list by user for a specific list.
