Understand your payment plan
Payment plans break eligible charges up into smaller, scheduled payments, also known as installments. You can also manage Auto-Pay for the respective payment plan from this page.
To get started with Payment plans, log in, hover over Billing in the navigation, and select Payment plans.
If you are responsible for more than one student, each student has their own tab across the top of the page. Select a name to see that student's plan.
Use Plan year to choose which plan you are looking at. Each option names the year it covers and the student's grade for that year, such as 2026 - 2027: Second grade. A student who has been on a plan for several years has an option per year, so check this selector before assuming a figure is wrong.
The selected plan is broken into three sections: Plan info, Installments, and Auto-Pay.
Review charges included in your payment plan
Plan info displays the name of the Payment plan and the charges included in the plan that make up your overall balance:
| Payment plan | The plan your school assigned, such as Monthly plan. |
| Included charges | Each charge the plan covers and its amount. |
| Total | The sum of the included charges, which is what the installments pay off. |
Note that not all charges that comprise a balance are included in a Payment plan, and those that are not may have a separate Due date that falls outside of a Payment plan installment.
To see an upcoming charge, view your Current bill.
View installments and their included charges
A Payment plan is made up of Installments, which are the scheduled payments required to pay off your balance. Installments are numbered in order—Payment 1, Payment 2, and so on—and each row shows its due date, payment status, and amount. A status such as Past due or Partially paid tells you where that installment stands.
Select the expand arrow on an installment row to see what makes up its amount:
| Charges | The Charge Type and Charge Amount billed to that installment. |
| Payments | Payments applied to the installment. Reads No payments for this period when none have been made. |
| Credits | Credits applied to the installment, each with its date and description. |
Because credits and payments reduce what an installment collects, the amount shown on the installment row can differ from the charges listed inside it.
Note that not all charges that comprise your balance may be included in the payment plan.
Enroll in and manage Auto-Pay
Auto-Pay enables you to make scheduled, automatic payments using your chosen payment method to fulfill the installments in your payment plan.
If you are not enrolled, the Auto-Pay section shows an Enroll in Auto-Pay link. You can also enroll from your Current bill.
Note: Auto-Pay may not yet be available at your school.
