Resource Boards
Schools use Resource boards to post general content that remains relatively static throughout the year. For example, the board probably includes library resources, the school handbook, hyperlinks to quickly access other sites, single sign on (SSO) URLs, emergency action plans, employee benefit information, and more. This content isn't designed for specific classes, teams, or activities.
You'll publish posts to specific resource boards. For example, you'll probably have different resource boards for 
Rather than create additional boards, you'll use the filters on these existing boards to control who can see which Resource board content. For some personas, you can also filter by pre-enrollment, post enrollment, or 
Four types of posts
System posts
                                                    System posts exist by default.

Apply- Schools with Enrollment Management System can use this post to enable existing constituents to submit an application for a new candidate.

Group finder - Constituents who have been given access to group pages and use this post to quickly access the section pages for Academic and Extracurricular groups.

Lists - Managers and constituents with access to lists can view them from this post.

Portals & private pages - Schools that upgraded from Podium can access their portals and privates pages from this post.

Reports - Managers and constituents with access to reports can view them from this post.
 
Platform managers determine which system posts appear for constituents. To do so, find the system post on the resource board. then select on the pencil icon to edit the post. Choose which constituents can view the post and then Save.
Direct link posts
                                                    Platform managers add direct link posts to the resource board to link users to a specific URL (this includes authenticated links). Before platform managers can add links to the resource board, page managers must first add the links to a link category.

Enter the Title of the post and an optional Description.

Upload a Cover photo for the post (the recommended size is 600 x 400 px). then select Direct link.

Select the appropriate Category and Link.

Select which constituents can view the post.
 - 
                                                                
Enter a Publish date. If the post should expire, also enter an expiration date.

Select Save.
 
Detail page posts
                                                    Platform managers can add detail page posts to the resource board to link users to pages that contain related content. These pages resemble detail pages you might create elsewhere in the system; You can control the layout (including columns) and style of the page when you create or edit it.

Event registration posts
                                                    Platform managers can add event registration posts to the resource board to link users directly to event registration forms.
How to
As a platform manager, when you create a post you'll also what type of post it is, determine which constituents can see it, and schedule when the post should be visible. Later, you can organize the posts to make the board easier for users to skim.
Security access for managers
                                                    To manage content for resource boards, you must have the platform manager and content manager roles.
You'll find Resource boards under Content.
Enrollment Management System automatically creates resource boards based on your school setup and each persona (student, parent, faculty, alum, friend).
Tip: To disable the entire resource board for a specific role (such as parents of past students), a platform manager should follow the instructions for updating roles and tasks to disable task 53128.
Create a non-system post
                                                    Platform managers can create non-system posts. .

Enter the Title of the post and an optional Description.

Select what type of post the resource board post should link to. You can create Direct links to specific URLs, links to Detail pages, and links to existing Event registration forms. Based on the type of post you create, you may need to enter additional information or selections (such as column layouts).
To enter content for detail page posts, drag and drop the appropriate content types and/or elements onto the page. Then select the appropriate content categories to display and establish the display settings. To adjust the style, select a content block and then choose the appropriate color and font. (You can't edit the styles themselves from here. To change primary and secondary colors refer to Web app style.)

Select which constituents can view the post.

Enter a Publish date. If the post should expire, also enter an expiration date.

Copy an existing post
                                                    Schools can copy existing posts to create new ones on the same resource board. Consider using copies to help create “fresh” content for the next academic year.

Select the copy button.

Enter a title.

Save the new post.

Scroll to the bottom of the resource board to find the new post.

Then edit the copy to update the information.
 
Configure who can view posts
                                                    Tip: To disable the entire resource board for a specific role, a platform manager should follow the instructions for updating roles and tasks to disable task 53128. Otherwise, you'll configure view access for specific posts instead of the entire board.

                                                    Platform managers establish a priority for the order of resource board posts. The actual position of posts may vary for users depending on their device and the height of the post.

Select the pencil icon to Edit the post.
Tip: For detail page posts, a pencil icon to Edit may not appear on the resource board post. Instead, select the post header and then select Edit settings to make changes to the post title, description, cover photo, page layout, security, or publish dates.

Enter your changes.
Note: For system posts, you can only change who can see the post.
Tip: For detail page posts, select Apply changes to save the changes on the page.

Delete a non-system post
                                                    Platform managers can delete non-system posts. .
