Enable AI Features

Platform Managers can determine which artificial intelligence (AI) features are enabled for their school and view usage information.

Available AI Features

Question Generator

The AI-enabled Generate Questions for Assessments with AI assists faculty in building several types of questions for online assessments.

Feedback Generator: Assignments

Allow faculty to leverage generative AI when providing feedback on student-submitted assignments. Faculty members can edit generated comments at any time. For details, see Assignment Feedback Generator.

Feedback Generator: Grade report comments

Allow faculty to use generative AI to draft grade report and transcript comments. Faculty members can edit any generated comment at any time. For details, see Grade Report Feedback Generator.

Enable AI Features by School Level

1. In Core, select Security, then Artificial intelligence.

2. Select the context menu next to the feature you want to enable, then select Edit.

3. Select the school levels to enable.

4. Select Save.

View AI Feature Usage

Select a Feature to view usage data including who used the tool, what they requested from the tool, and the tool response.
