User Folders & Files

Platform managers can upload files to specific individuals. For example, managers can publish student comment forms to each specific student and their parents, or publish teacher evaluations to each specific teacher.

Users can see their own Files & forms from the down arrow next to your name at the top of any school capability.

We recommend you use the Medical features specifically designed for school nurses instead of uploading health information as user files.

Before uploading or publishing user files, platform managers must create and label a file name structure to organize them. You'll do this in bulk from Core, select System tools, Bulk upload, Manage user files.

After folders and file names are configured, platform managers can upload user files. You can do this in bulk or for individuals. For example, you might want to upload printable parking permits for parents in bulk at the beginning of the academic year, but upload a copy of an award letter for an individual at the time of the specific achievement.
