Refund Check Print Settings
From Receivables, Clients make sure print settings for checks are correct before printing the check.

When you generate a check from a refund record, select Edit print settings before saving the check. For more details, see Refund Checks.

From General, under Payment format, select one of the following formats:

Single stub laser check (Blank paper)

Double stub laser check (Blank paper)

Preprinted single stub laser check
-
Preprinted double stub laser check

Select the checkbox beside the details you want to print such as the organization name, address, and note. Additional fields may appear based on your selections.

Under Logos, you can print your organization logo or check stub logo. The available options default from Treasury, Settings, Configuration. For more details, see Manage Logos.
If you print the stub logo, select the info to print, such as Contact and Phone.
Tip: The available options vary depending on the check format.

Under Messages, enter additional info you want to print on the check.

From Signatures, select the signature to sign for the check. The available options default from Treasury, Settings, Configuration. For more details, see Manage Signatures.

From MICR line, define the default MICR settings. For more details, see Format MICR Settings.

From Alignment, use the arrows to make sure the check is aligned correctly. To revert to the original position, select Reset default.

Before saving, select Test format to view and confirm the check prints correctly.

To generate and print the check, select Save. For more details, see Refund Checks.
