Credit Card Account Records
The credit card account record stores all the credit card account information you need to track and manage, such as active cards, credit limits, liability accounts, and balances. Fromthe credit card account, you can add alerts and adjustments, open the register in the Register tab, and close accounts.
Active cards displays all credit cards associated with this credit card account, including the last for digits of the card and cardholder. Use a card's menu to refresh, search transactions, delete, or mark inactive.
Tip: When searching for credit card transactions, you must enter a 30-day date range. The 30-day range must occur between the date the credit card feed began, and the last feed download date.
To add additional cards, select Add .
Adjustment categories displays the adjustment categories associated with the credit card account. The grid displays the adjustment category, type, and amount. From here, you can also add adjustment categories. For more information about adding adjustment categories, see Adjustment Categories.
History displays all changes made to the credit card account, including date, what changed, and who changed it.
Notes displays the notes you've created for the credit card account. To add notes, select Add. For more information, see Notes.
Under Attachments, you can upload or link to files you want attached to the account - such as images, PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and other files. For more information about media, see Attachments.
To add an alert to a credit card account, select Add alert on the credit card account action bar. For more information about alerts, see Alerts.
The credit card account register displays information about every transaction for a particular credit card account. To open the register, select the Register tab. For more information about the register, see Credit Card Account Register.
Use adjustments to record credit card account transactions such as interest earned, service charges, balance adjustments, and transfers between accounts. To add an adjustment, select Add on the Register tab. For more information about adjustments, see Credit Card Adjustments.
To close a credit card account, select Close account from the credit card action bar. When you close a credit card account, the Status column in the list of accounts displays "Closed." You can still edit account information even though it is not active.
To delete a credit card account, select Delete from the credit card action bar. You can delete credit card accounts only if there are no recorded transactions for the account.
If you delete a credit card account already linked to Yodlee, the account and all associated unrecorded transactions are removed from Credit card activity page.
