Switching from REPAY to BILL for Payment Assistant
If your organization currently processes Payment Assistant payments through REPAY, you can switch to BILL. Review the following before you switch.
Note: Don’t see this yet? The ability to use BILL with Payment Assistant is currently in an Early Adopter Program (EAP) for some of our customers. Look for full support and general availability in a future release.
Important: Switching to BILL is permanent. After you switch, all payments process through BILL, and you can no longer submit payments through REPAY.
What Changes When You Switch
Transaction fees apply. BILL charges a fee per payment transaction. Payment Assistant through REPAY currently processes payments at no cost to your organization. Learn more about fees for stopping or reissuing payments.
REPAY access is removed. After you switch, you can no longer submit payments through REPAY.
We recommend you speak with the Payment Assistant adoption team before you switch.
Switch to BILL
Open the Getting Started page. If the Payment Assistant overlay appears on the Payment runs list, select Process payments to open it.
On the Getting Started page, select Switch active payment partner.
Review the information about fees and REPAY access. If you’d like to talk to the adoption team first, select Talk to our adoption team. Otherwise, select Continue to sign up.
Select a reason for switching, then select Continue to sign up.
After you complete these steps, continue with onboarding for Payment Assistant with BILL.
