Applicant and Grantee Portal
The new Applicant and Grantee Portal became available for all Blackbaud Grantmaking customers globally in July of 2024 and provides significant benefits over the Legacy (IGAM) solution, which will become unavailable for all customers effective August 31st, 2025. We have redesigned the end-to-end experience for applicants and grantees through this new Portal and encourage you to visit the Help File, Frequently Asked Questions, Applicant and Grantee Portal Transition Checklist, and your Customer Success resource page for further details and help navigating and learning about the experience.
Warning: As of August 31, 2025, the Legacy Grantee Portal (also known as IGAM) will no longer be available or supported. We encourage you to begin using the Applicant & Grantee Portal. A series of resources and help files regarding this new module may be found here.

While all customers are strongly encouraged to begin using the new Portal straightaway, there are a small number of specific enhancements planned for release that are not yet available, so please bookmark this page to track details and timelines. Legacy (IGAM) features that aren't moving to Applicant and Grantee Portal

Any Scholarships features - this includes Recommenders.
Other capabilities, requiring a slightly different approach or alternatives to accomplish Legacy (IGAM) tasks in a similar way in the Applicant and Grantee Portal when available, can be found here.
Note: To request integration of these features, you can add or vote on ideas in the Blackbaud Grantmaking Community. Based on demand, our strategy may shift.
