Applicant and Grantee Portal

The new Applicant and Grantee Portal became available for all Blackbaud Grantmaking customers globally in June of 2024 and provides significant benefits over the Legacy (IGAM) solution. We have redesigned the end-to-end experience for applicants and grantees through this new Portal and encourage you to download the Applicant and Grantee Portal Transition Checklist, and visit the Help File, Frequently Asked Questions, and Customer Success resource page for further details and help navigating and learning about the experience.

Features that are in progress

While all customers are strongly encouraged to begin using the new Portal straightaway, there are a small number of specific enhancements planned for release that are not yet available, so please bookmark this page to track details and timelines. Upcoming Releases

  • Multiple Responses on Requirements — We’re enhancing applicant fields to support multiple responses, making it easier to collect recurring updates like quarterly and final grant progress reports using the same fields.

  • Reject applications — Admins can reject single or multiple applications with a reason, comments, and optional correspondence—no duplicate check or linking required.

  • Project title on applications

  • Outcomes — For customers using the Outcomes module, the ability to include Outcomes on new forms.
