Grantee Portal

The Outcomes Grantee Portal facilitates collaboration between funders and grantees.

• Funders use Grantmaking to access Requests, Dashboards, and Online Applications

• Grantees use the Outcomes Grantee Portal to work with applications, requirements, and measurements.

Updates entered by the grantee are provided to the funder to help drive decisions and analyze the impact of the funding program.

Grantees can access applications via two types of portals:

• Outcomes Grantee Portal

  A single portal that hosts all applications that have Enable Outcomes selected in the Form Designer. This portal requires you to log in using your Blackbaud ID. When logged in, you will see all grants you have applied to at any funding organization.

  The Outcomes Grantee Portal is located at https://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/outcomes-portal.

• Funder-specific Portal

  One of many portals that hosts forms that do not have Enable Outcomes selected in the Form Designer. Each funder-specific portal requires you to create an account unique to that portal, separate from other funder-specific accounts and your Blackbaud ID. When logged in, you will only see grants you have applied to at that specific funding organization.

  Funder-specific grantee portals are hosted at https://www.grantrequest.com/?sid_####, where #### is the funder's four-digit Grant Application Site ID.

  Note: If you log in to a funder-specific portal then attempt to access an Outcomes-enabled application, you will be redirected to the Outcomes Grantee Portal and prompted to log in with your Blackbaud ID.
