Applications

Use Applications to streamline and manage your entire grantmaking workflow in one place. Configure site settings, build application and requirement forms, control what applicants see, and manage communication with grant seekers. With online submissions enabled, applicants can submit proposals and reports directly, which helps you reduce manual work and make faster, more informed decisions.

Note: This module is optional. Contact your sales representative to add it to your solution.

Manage Pending Submissions

  • Select Refresh to check for new submissions and ensure you review the latest applications.

  • Select Duplicate Check to match application data with existing organizations and contacts. This helps you maintain clean, connected records.

  • Select Consider to convert selected applications into pending requests for further evaluation.

  • Select Reject to remove applications that do not meet your criteria.

  • Use Search to locate specific submissions.

    • Select Add More Options to expand your criteria.

    • When you add the same field more than one time, results include entries that match any of those values.

  • Select Show All to display the full list of pending applications and review submissions.

  • Select the print icon to view the application.

  • Select the attachment icon to review supporting documents.

Tip: Open other areas of Grantmaking in a new browser tab when you work with pending submissions. Navigating away refreshes the page when you return.

Note: Pending applications are deleted after 120 days of inactivity.

Reset Grantee Password

Restore access for grantees so they can continue working without delays.

Open Applications, Pending submissions, then select Reset Grantee Password. Enter the grantee’s email address, then select Submit.

The system sends an automated message with a temporary password. The grantee updates this password the next time they log in.

Note: For Legacy (IGAM) accounts linked to Blackbaud ID, see Manage Linked Accounts.

Review Application History
