Add Pages to Forms

Use pages to break a form into smaller, easier-to-scan sections. Well-structured pages help applicants complete the form more efficiently and help grant managers review responses in a clearer sequence.

You can add a page from the Edit Form page, then choose whether to build the page immediately or return to the editor after saving. If you want to add fields while you create the page, the Quick Add tool opens in a new screen so you can continue building without leaving the workflow.

Add a page

  1. On the Edit Form page, select New page to the right of the page tabs.

  2. In the New Page screen, enter a name for the page.

  3. Optional - Select Start from template if you want to use a page from another form as the starting point.

Note: If you use a template, you must also select the source form and page.

  4. Choose how you want to continue after the page is created.

    • Create and quick add - Create the page and open the Quick Add tool in a new screen so you can add fields right away.

    • Save and edit page - Create the page and return to the Edit Form page to continue building the layout.
