Create and Manage Form Fields

Form fields are used in custom forms to capture information from Applicants, display responses to Grant Managers, and more. Fields can be reused across forms, and standard product fields are available out-of-the-box to quickly create forms that integrate with other standard product templates like reports.

Tip: Fields can be organized into categories to make them easier to find in forms, reports, etc. Categories can be assigned to form fields to group them together and make them easier to find when building forms, reports, dashboards, custom emails, and document templates. It is not required that form fields have a category assigned to them.
