Manage Published Forms
You can manage published forms confidently while protecting submission integrity and historical data.
Edit forms
You can edit a Published form at any point in the application process.
Warning: Changes to a published form can affect both existing and future submissions.
When you save changes, choose whether to update the current revision or create a new revision.
Note: Manage Form Revisions explains when to update an existing revision versus creating a new one.
Preview forms

Navigate to the Custom Forms > Forms tab.

Select the action menu next to the form and then Preview.
The preview opens in a new page and reflects your current form setup, including required fields and validation rules defined in Form Configuration.
Tip: From the Preview Form page, you can download a PDF version of the form.
Download form previews

Navigate to the Custom Forms > Forms tab.

Select the action menu next to the form and then Preview.

From the Preview Form page, select the Download button.

In the Download Form screen, choose what to include in the output.

Choose which content and conditional logic to include.

All sections and fields, in form order. Conditional logic is ignored.

Only what is visible in the preview. Conditional logic is applied.

Optional: Select Include form version on download to print the form revision (for example, v1 or v2) in the output.

Select Download to generate the
PDFfile.
Copy forms

Navigate to the Custom Forms > Forms tab.

Select the action menu next to the form and then Copy as draft.
A copy of the form opens in Edit Mode. After you select Save, the system stores the copy as a Draft.
Delete forms
Warning: This action cannot be undone. You can delete only Published forms that are not assigned to a program.

Navigate to the Custom Forms > Forms tab.

Select the action menu next to the form and then Remove form.

Confirm the action before deleting the form from the system.
Archive forms
Archive forms to reduce clutter without losing data. Archiving removes a form from active use while preserving form data and applicant responses.
Use archiving when a form is no longer needed for new programs but must remain available for reporting, auditing, or existing program cycles.

Navigate to the Custom Forms > Forms tab.

Locate the form you want to archive and select the form’s action menu.

Select Archive form.
The form moves to an archived state and no longer appears in the Forms list unless Include archived forms is selected.
