Copy Reports

The Copy tool helps to quickly build a new report based on an established report, keeping the same configuration that can be modified without impacting the original version.

Note: You can only copy reports you've created (My reports) or reports shared with you with Manage permissions. Users can only copy reports they have created or shared reports where they have Manage permissions. They become the owner of the new report and can update its configuration as desired.

  1. Navigate to the Reporting > Ad Hoc and Data Feeds area.

  2. Select the Ad Hoc tab.

  3. From the Ad Hoc table, select the ellipsis icon next to the report and then Copy.

  4. Confirm the action to create the copy.

The new report automatically appears in the Ad Hoc table with the original report's name appended with - Copy.

Note: Report copies include any shared or scheduled settings from the original report. Update these settings in the copy as needed.
