Request to be Forgotten

Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request to exercise your Right to be Forgotten. This requires that data held on Blackbaud systems be removed if none of the Right to be Forgotten exceptions apply.

You can submit a request to be forgotten by contacting the GrantsConnect Support team. In your message, include the names of the organizations or programs you’ve applied to so we can more easily identify which applications to remove. When your request has been completed, these applications will no longer appear in the Applicant Portal or Grant Manager Portal. All personal data associated with them will be redacted with any identifying information like name or email removed.

Warning: Data deletion is final and cannot be undone. Prior to submitting your request, we recommend downloading your applications for your own records. Your request should be submitted and completed before you delete your GrantsConnect account.
