Manage Dependent Tables

Parent and children data tables (i.e., dependent tables) can be used when the values of one data table are dependent on the values selected from another data table. The parent table can be selected when creating a new table or editing an established table.

Note: Standard product data table templates or any custom data tables created by the system cannot be used as parent tables as they are available across all clients.

 

Change Parent Custom Data Tables

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Custom Forms > Custom Data Tables tab.

  2. Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then Edit data table.

  3. Select the table in the Parent custom data table field.

  4. Save all changes.

 

Remove Parent Custom Data Tables

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Custom Forms > Custom Data Tables tab.

  2. Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then Edit data table.

  3. Select the x icon next to the table in the Parent custom data table field to remove it.

  4. Save all changes.
