Create New Nomination Programs

Tip: Alternatively, you can create a new nomination program by copying an existing program. Learn more.

Note: Any grant programs that Nominees will be invited to apply to after their nomination is approved must be created before the nomination program. For more information about creating grant programs, see the Grant Programs resources.

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Nomination Programs area.

  2. Select the New program button.

  3. In the Create Nomination Program screen, provide the following information.

    1. Enter the program name.

    2. Select the default language for the program.

      Warning: This language will be set as the default program language in translations and cannot be changed after the program is created.

    3. Specify the Nomination Form to use for the program. Learn more.

      Note: The Nomination Form functions similarly to the Default Form that is used for grant programs. It is automatically added to every workflow level to aid in reviewing. This form can be updated up until the program has started receiving nominations.

    4. Determine the workflow that nominations will enter after they have been submitted by the Nominator. Learn more.

      Note: This workflow can be updated up until the program has started receiving nominations.

  4. Select Next to continue to the Program Detail page.

Note: You will be prompted to update the Details, Settings, Cycles, Nomination Form, Workflow, Grant Program, and Communications on the Program Detail page.
