Troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues in GrantsConnect

If you cannot sign in to YourCause GrantsConnect using Single Sign-On (SSO), review these steps before you contact GrantsConnect Support. These checks help identify issues with credentials, browser settings, or network configurations.

  1. If your organization uses YourCause CSRconnect, confirm that you can sign in to CSRconnect with SSO without issues.

  2. Check whether others in your organization can sign in to GrantsConnect with SSO.

  3. Check whether others in your physical location, such as your office, can sign in to GrantsConnect with SSO.

  4. Determine if this is your first time signing in to GrantsConnect with SSO.

  5. If you signed in successfully before, verify whether anything changed recently, such as your email address or name.

  6. Confirm that you're signing in with the correct email address. Check the spelling and format for typos.

  7. Check for errors in your web browser’s console.
