Automate Routing For New Applications

Workflow Level Automation can be configured to automatically assign applications to a specific workflow level when they are initially submitted. This automation process requires assignments or rules be built to define this route.

Note: This helps to route applications when they are initially submitted only. Either use this in conjunction with the other Workflow Level Automation methods or manually route applications to ensure they progress through the rest of the workflow and their respective lifecycles.
