Set Up Workflow Level Routing

A workflow's route dictates where an application can advance to once review has been completed or requirements have been met for its current workflow level. This process can be automated using various tools within GrantsConnect.

Tip: Workflow Level Automation can be used in scenarios like routing an application when it is initially submitted, as it is processed in the workflow, and even when a Grant Reviewer has provided a decision on its approval or declination. Routing rules can also be established within the workflow itself. Additionally, applications can be routed manually as needed.
