Currency

Impact Edge uses USD as its default currency, and you can add an additional currency option. Contact your Implementation Consultant or Customer Success Manager to add a currency.

Once added, a filter allows you to switch between USD and your additional currency. This filter displays at the bottom of applicable dashboards.

Note: A newly added currency will display in Impact Edge within 24 hours.

Because conversion rates shift, each converted monetary value must have a specific conversion date from which we pull the conversion rate:

• CSRconnect donation amounts: the donation date

  • For donation date definitions by donation type, see All Giving Report in the CSRconnect Help

• CSRconnect match program caps: the date the match program was created

• CSRconnect pledge amounts: the date the pledge was created

• GrantsConnect application amount: the date of the application

• GrantsConnect award amount: the date of the award
