To allow you to report by grant program cycles, we have added a Cycle Name filter to the Grants Overview dashboard.

To help you find nonprofits aligned with your social impact goals, we have added a Charity Discovery dashboard. You can find charities by geographical area or cause area, and view metrics about each charity’s impact. For more information, see Charity Discovery.
You can now use the Groups dashboard to report on your CSRconnect group engagement. The dashboard highlights your most active employee groups by location, event participation, and member count growth. For more information, see Groups.
You can now track progress on your impact goals directly from Impact Edge. From Goals, you can set a Grants, Giving, Volunteering, or Combined goal and view your progress against your target metric. For more information, see Goals.
On October 6th, YourCause NPOconnect will become the Blackbaud Verified Network. This rebranding aligns with our future vision to build more connected experiences for our nonprofit stakeholders, including upcoming Expedited Giving capabilities and donor detail integrations with Blackbaud products like Impact Edge. This updated identity for NPOconnect will not impact any of your settings, or the nonprofit’s settings, and there is no action needed on your end.

We have updated the look and feel of Impact Edge to highlight key performance indicators on your dashboards and create a consistent experience across the platform. We have also updated Home to showcase your organization's overall impact.
You can now filter by Charity Name on the Giving Charities and Volunteering Charities dashboards. You can only filter by a charity if that charity has activity within the selected date range.
You can now ask Blackbaud AI to generate a data visualization. Supported visualization types are currently pie charts, bar graphs, and stacked bar graphs.

When your Blackbaud AI response includes a data table, you can now select Download Data to download that table as .CSV file.

You can now ask Blackbaud AI to generate its response in data table format. Use the Copy option to copy the generated data table.

To help you understand how Blackbaud AI arrived at an answer, we have added an Explain this Answer feature to search responses. Select this option to view additional information about your Blackbaud AI response.

Note: This feature is not available for document search questions.
We have improved Blackbaud AI's follow-up questions to be more useful and relevant to your query. Select a follow-up question from the list to use it as your next prompt.

Impact Edge uses USD as its default currency. You can now contact your implementation consultant or customer success manager to add an additional currency option. Once added, a filter appears in the application, allowing you to switch between USD and the added currency. For more information, see Currency.
