Group Attrition Rate	The number of members that left divided by the number of total members.	Group member count (CSRconnect)
Group Engagement Rate	Total number of employees with group membership activity, over the total number of active employees . Note: The system calculates the number of active employees for a given date range based on employees' hire dates and inactive dates (when applicable). Group Join Rate, Group Member Join Rate	The number of new group members divided by the number of total members.	Group Member count (CSRconnect)
Group Member Population	The total number of group member employees within a location. If an employee is in multiple groups, they will be counted multiple times.	HR File
Group Members, Total Group Members	The total number of group members in a group or group program. If viewing group program totals, employees in multiple groups will be counted multiple times.	Group member count (CSRconnect)
Group Members Left	The number of members that left a group.	Group member count (CSRconnect)
Group Name	The name of the group.	Group Name (CSRconnect)
Group New Members	The number of new group members.	Group member count (CSRconnect)
Group Program Name	The name of the group program. All groups must belong to a group program.	Group Program Name (CSRconnect)
Group Tags	The group's tags. Group creators assign tags when creating a group. Creators can only select tags if the group program has tags enabled.	Group Tags (CSRconnect)
Members Left	The number of members who left a group.	Group member count (CSRconnect)
Monthly group population	The sum of group membership within a month for each of the past three years. If an employee is in multiple groups, they will be counted multiple times.	Group member count (CSRconnect)

Event Classification	Filters for individual or team events.
