Total Participant Engagement Rate %	Total number of employees with volunteering or giving activity, over the total number of active employees for the given time period. Note: The system calculates the number of active employees for a given date range based on employees' hire dates and inactive dates (when applicable). When there is no provided hire date, the system will use the date the employee was added to the HR file.
