Combined Engagement Rate

Total number of employees with volunteering or giving activity, over the total number of active employees for the given time period.

Note: The system calculates the number of active employees for a given date range based on employees' hire dates and inactive dates (when applicable). When there is no provided hire date, the system uses the date the employee was added to the HR file.

Total volunteers and donors divided by active employee count (CSRconnect)

Donated Charities

The total number of charities with donations.

 Count of Charity IDs (CSRconnect)
Donor Count, Total Donors

The total number of donors.

 Count of Employee IDs with donation activity (CSRconnect)
Employee Count The total number of employees, including those without donation activity. Count of Employee IDs (CSRconnect)
Employee Donation Amount

The amount donated by your employees within the location or attribute for the given time period. Does not include donation matches.

 Transaction Amount (CSRconnect)
First Time Donor Count The number of donors who had never donated before the selected time period. Count of Employee IDs with donation activity (CSRconnect)
Giving Campaign Name The name of the giving campaign. Campaign Name (CSRconnect)
Giving Engagement Rate

Total number of employees with giving activity, over the total number of active employees for the given time period.

Match Donation Amount

The amount donated by your organization. Does not include donations made by employees.

Match Setting Name The name of the match setting. A match setting can contain multiple match programs. Match Setting Name (CSRconnect)
Pledge Amount The amount donated through payroll pledges. Transaction Amount (CSRconnect)
Retained Donor Count The number of donors who also made a donation before the selected time period. Count of Employee IDs with donation activity (CSRconnect)
Total Donation Amount

The total amount donated, including both employee donations and match donations.

Charity fields

Charity Category The charity's area of focus. This is narrower than the Charity Cause Area. For example, a charity's Cause Area may be Human Services, and its Category is Housing.  
Charity Cause Area

The charity's broad area of focus. This is more general than the Charity Category. For example, a charity's Cause Area may be Human Services, and its Category is Housing.

  
Charity Country

The country the charity is registered in.

  
Charity Name The name of the charity.  
Charity State/Province The state or province of the charity's registered address.

 Donation Type (CSRconnect)
Transaction Status The donation's status, such as Disbursed, Recorded, or Applied. Transaction statuses all fall within a transaction status category. Transaction Status (CSRconnect)
Transaction Status Category The donation's status category, which is a high-level indicator of a donation's status, such as Completed, On Hold, or Processing. Transaction status categories contain various transaction statuses. Transaction Status Category (CSRconnect)
