Grants - Overview

Grants Overview provides an overview of your organization's grant efforts and impact.

  • Date

  • Cycle Name

  • Applicant Country

  • Applicant State / Province

  • Grant Program Name

  • Awards Type

Key Performance Indicators

On the Grants Overview dashboard, you can see summary data for four key performance indicators, or KPIs:

  • Applications

  • Total Award Amount

  • Awards

  • Awarded Orgs

Grants Map

You can view all locations to which you have awarded a grant, based on the organization's location. Each map section's color corresponds to award counts, with darker color indicating more money awarded in that region. Hover over the map to view values for that region.

Note: Selecting a region on the map will filter the rest of the visualizations on this page to display data for that region only.

To adjust the map to a more granular level, hover over a location, then select Drill down. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill down to view that state's data by county.

To adjust the map to a higher level, hover over a location and select Drill up. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill up to view data at a country-level.

Grants Year-Over-Year

You can view total award amounts year-over-year. Hover over the graph to view the monetary amounts for a month.

You can select a year in this graph to filter this dashboard.

Grants by

You can view grants data by program or by budget and source.

The tile defaults to the by Program display. Select by Budget & Source to switch the display.

For by Program display, the table includes:

  • Program Name

  • Applied Orgs

  • Applications

  • Awards

  • Awarded Orgs

  • Total Awarded Amount

  • In Kind Reward Amount

  • Cash Award Amount

For by Budget & Source display, the table includes:

  • Budget & Source

  • Total Budget

  • Total Payments

  • Budget Remaining

  • Payments
