Using Luminate Online's wide variety of reports, you can track and analyze the effectiveness of your Advocacy alerts. You access most Advocacy reports from the Reports Classic application, as noted in the procedure below. (A Survey Report of responses to custom questions in an alert is accessed from the associated alert.)
