The Daily Storage Snapshots report allows you to view your level of storage on a daily basis, rather than waiting for the monthly report. By doing so, you can proactively manage your storage usage so you don't go over the limit specified in your Blackbaud contract. If you are nearing the limit, you can delete your site's largest files and images. To determine which filed to delete, use the All Documents report to identify the largest files within a specified date range. Live pages take up twice as much space as unpublished pages because every live page has a duplicate, draft page. You can view the report as a grid or a chart.
Note: Do not delete files without first checking to see if any files link to it. Click the file name in the Title column. On the Status page, click the Links tab.
