Advanced Search results list each item's Title, File Name, Size, (base) Type, Folder location, Status, and last Modified time stamp. Search results include documents with Live, Draft and Expired status. Click an item Title to access its Status page.
If you searched multiple sites using the Web Site search parameter, the results may include items across different sites. You can simply mouse over the Folder name to see where the item is located, or access the item's Status page. If an item is in the root folder, the site name (the name of the root folder) displays in the Folder column.
If the search is launched from the Choose Image dialog, the results only include images (files of the base type Image) and display by default in Gallery View. Click List View to see item details such as File Name and Folder location.
