Create a Mail Merge with the Engagement Factor Transaction Information Options

To create a Mail Merge based on a specific interaction that has been defined with an Engagement Factor

  1. Run the Web Site Engagement Segmentation Task that calculates where constituents rank with each other in regard to performing the same interaction with your Web site and then records the value as the appropriate Transaction Information Engagement Factor in each constituent profile.   2. Create and run a Query that creates a group for all constituents who place within a certain level of that factor (such as, all constituents ranked 1, 2, or 3). For assistance, refer to Working with Query Builder.

  3. Create your new Mail Merge and select the appropriate Transaction Information/Engagement Factor (1-10) option to include the appropriate constituent records in the Mail Merge CSV file.
