Approve the message
Click Email > Email Campaigns.
Click the Campaigns tab.
In the Actions column for the appropriate campaign, click Manage.
Click the Messages tab.
In the Actions column of the appropriate message, click Edit.
Click the Approve process page.
Click Approve. A message indicates that the message is being moved from Draft to Approved state.
Note: The Spam Check report will automatically run when the message is approved. The spam rating of the message will be displayed.
(Optional) Click Set Up Delivery to schedule the send. Alternatively, you can set the delivery schedule later.
(Optional) For URL of the Message, copy the URL and paste it into your browser to see what the message will look like to constituents when viewed on a website.
Click Finish to save your changes, or click Next to Create a message variant.
