Approve the message

  1. Select Email > Email Campaigns.

  2. Select the Campaigns tab.

  3. In the Actions column for the appropriate campaign, select Manage.

  4. Select the Messages tab.

  5. In the Actions column of the appropriate message, select Edit.

  6. Select the Approve process page.

  7. Select Approve. A message indicates that the message is being moved from Draft to Approved state.

    Note: The Spam Check report will automatically run when the message is approved. The spam rating of the message will be displayed.

  8. (Optional) Select Set Up Delivery to schedule the send. Alternatively, you can set the delivery schedule later.

  9. (Optional) For URL of the Message, copy the URL and paste it into your browser to see what the message will look like to constituents when viewed on a website.

  10. Select Finish to save your changes, or select Next to Create an email message variant.
