Copy a Store for a New Store

When you copy a store, you copy all of its definitions and customizations. This is especially useful if you want to keep many of the same attributes. You can edit the other attributes to make the store original.

To create a new store by copying an existing store

1. From the navigation bar, click Fundraising and then click eCommerce from the drop-down list displayed. The Product List page displays.

2. Click the Stores tab. The Store List page displays.

3. Locate the store in the Store List and click Copy from its Actions column. The Store Administration page displays with the Store Successfully Copied message.

4. Edit the attributes as necessary by starting with Step 4 in Creating a New Store or Editing the Attributes of a Store

Note: It is important to change the Store Name and Short Description to distinguish the purpose and contents of this store from other stores in the Store List.
