Select a Donation Form

You can change the online donation form used to collect donor information and process online payments.

When the campaign is created, a donation form is automatically generated using the campaign's name and default settings. However, you can select a different form or create a new one. For assistance, refer to Managing Online Giving.

To select a different campaign donation form

  1. From the Personal Fundraising Campaigns list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the campaign.

  2. From the Campaign Donation Form drop-down list, select a donation form in a donation campaign enabled for checkout, and then click Save. The new donation form will be used to collect money for this campaign.

  3. Warning: As of March 2025, all credit and debit card transactions must use Blackbaud Payment Service. Choose a Blackbaud Merchant Services account compatible with the latest checkout to offer the most payment options and end-to-end transaction management.
