Provide localized conditional content

  1. In the toolbar of the content editor in open item (like on a page or email), click (Conditionals drop-down) > Current Locale > the locale for the content.

  2. To insert text:

    1. In the conditional text area, double-click anywhere.

    2. In the Edit Conditional pop-up, type or paste in your content.

    3. To enter content that should display for all other locales, click the appropriate tab and type or paste in that content.

    4. Click Save.

  3. To insert a graphical image:

    1. Place your cursor in the conditional area.

    2. Right-click and select Insert/Edit Image.

    3. In the Configure Image pop-up, for Image URL, enter the full path to the image or click Browse Image Library and select the appropriate image.

    4. For Alternative Text, enter the description of the image to help identify the image purpose to visually impaired constituents.

    5. For Alignment, select the appropriate position for the image.

    6. For Size, leave the defaults or enter the appropriate dimensions.

    7. For Vertical and Horizontal space, leave the defaults or enter the amount of space to leave above and below the image.

    8. Click Insert.

    9. Click Save.
