Create a Receipt Template

Create receipt templates that include the required fields and tags as well as any branding or messaging for your organization.

Tip: For Multiple Language Support, create receipt templates with localized content for each language, then assign locales to the templates during upload. You can also provide locale-specific content in the receipt autoresponder email.

Design the template

Prerequisites: Before you start, you need:

  • Word processing software, such as Microsoft Word

  • Ability to save the document as a PDF file. If your word processing software can't save the file as a PDF, you can use another tool of your choice to save it

  • PDF-editing software, such as Adobe Acrobat or PDFescape

  1. In word processing software, such as Microsoft Word, create a template that includes labels for the fields that you'll add later. Include branding or messaging for your organization.
