Select Groups to Receive the Coaching Email
After TeamRaiser or custom groups are defined in Groups, you can choose them to receive your coaching email.
Note: Groups must already be defined. For help, see Managing Groups.
To add your own groups to the delivery list for coaching emails
Tip: This is an optional procedure to add custom (non-TeamRaiser) groups to the delivery list so you can choose them as coaching email recipients. Otherwise, see To add TeamRaiser Groups to receive your coaching email below.
Go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
Find your TeamRaiser and click Manage.
Select the Coaching Emails tab.
Select the Delivery List tab.
From Related Actions on the left, click Configure Delivery Groups.
From Related Actions on the left, click Add Groups.
Click the checkbox next to each group that you want to add.
Click Add Selected Groups.
Click Finish.
The group is now included in your TeamRaiser's audience list, and you can select this group in Coaching Email deliveries.
To add TeamRaiser Groups to receive your coaching email
Go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
Find your TeamRaiser and click Manage.
From the Actions column of the message, click Begin Delivery.
Select the Delivery List tab.
On the Select Audience page, click Groups created by this event and click Next.
On the Select Groups page, click a group in the All Selections pane.
Click Add to move the group into the Your Selections pane.
Click Next.
