Edit TeamRaiser identification details
From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.
Enter a unique Administrative Name to identify it in the list. The name can be different than the Public Name.
For Public Name, either keep the name entered when the TeamRaiser was created or modify the name. This is the name of the event seen by supporters.
Enter a Description that further describes the purpose of the event.
Under Security Category, choose to either leave the General setting for all administrators to control who can edit the TeamRaiser, or restrict access to a specific administrator group, select an option from the list.
Select an Event Date to identify when the event will take place. For virtual events, set the date when registration will close.
For Registration Open Date, select the date and time for the event to automatically open.
For TeamRaiser Registration Option, select either Accepting Registrations and Gifts or Accepting Registrations Only.
For Registration Cut-off Date, select the date and time that registrations will close. The status of the event will automatically change to Accepting Gifts Only.
For Event Close Date, select the date and time for the event to automatically close.
For Fiscal Year, select the accounting period to which you want funds raised by the event applied.
Note: The fiscal year for your organization was set in a Site Option when the application was configured. If you are unsure about your fiscal year option, contact Luminate Blackbaud Customer Support.
For Previous Event Association, select an event from the list to link this event to a previous event. This will provide returning participants with access to their Personal Page and donation history in addition to historical data and performance statistics for comparison reports.
For Primary Event Type, select an existing value or click Enter a new value to enter a new option in the field.
For Event Type 2 and Event Type 3, select an existing value or click Enter a new value to enter a new option in the field to restrict the grouping to a narrower focus, for example, reporting.
Click Next to save your changes.
Next, select Fundraising Options.
