Delete Registration
You can delete the registration record of an inactive participant from a TeamRaiser event, which completely removes the record from the database.
Warning: Deleting a registration record cannot be undone.
Note: To delete a participantentirely, first make them inactive.
If a participant registered for an event more than once, and you want to merge the registration records, you can use the Find Duplicates link from the Constituent360 Profile of the participant to locate the potential duplicate records and then use the Merge utility.
A secondary registrant (that is, a person registered by another participant with all registration fees rolled into one payment) cannot be deleted until the primary registrant is deleted. You can make a secondary registrant inactive, but you must refund any corresponding registration fees using the normal refund process.

On the warning page, carefully review the consequences.
If a payment is associated with the registration, select whether to refund it or convert it to a gift that is soft-credited to the event.
