Connect to a Terminal
To process payments through a physical terminal device — such as the M2 or WisePad 3 — connect your terminal to your mobile device through Bluetooth. Before you connect, verify Bluetooth is enabled from your mobile device's settings.
Warning: For the BBPOS Chipper 2X BT, you must pair the terminal in the MobilePay Terminal app, not through your device’s Bluetooth settings. If the terminal is already paired, open your device’s Bluetooth settings, forget the device, then return to the app to connect.

After you sign in, from the Welcome screen, select Connect a terminal through Bluetooth. The app searches for available terminals and displays them in a list.

Select your terminal. If it isn't listed, ensure it’s powered on and in discovery mode. For assistance, see Terminal Troubleshooting.

If updates are required for your terminal, the app prompts you to install them. You can update now or at a later time.
Note: Blackbaud recommends you install updates as soon as they're available. If you choose to update the terminal later, you must complete the update by the stated date.
After you connect, you're ready to collect payments!
