What does each outreach status mean?

The available outreach statuses include:

  • Outstanding - The prospect is still active as a prospective admin and is eligible for further communications.

  • Removed - The prospect has been removed from the system. Prospects may be removed by an Internal Admin if the invitation was mistakenly sent, the individual is no longer with the organization, a duplicate was created, etc.

Note: A prospect is also automatically removed if their Administrator Request is declined by the Nonprofit Support team.

  • Converted - The prospect has registered as a Nonprofit Administrator in the platform and will not receive further outreach communications.

  • Opted Out - The prospect has decided to opt-out of further outreach communications.

  • No response - The prospect has received all automated outreach emails and no action has been taken. They will no longer receive further automated outreach communications. However, an Internal Admin can manually send an invitation.

Note: If the prospect was added from a Vetting Request and the request was canceled, their prospect status will also be changed to No response.
